What is Box For Monkeys?
Box For Monkeys is an awesome, truly amazing kids subscription box and gifting service!
We have different options for you and our subscription boxes are $50. If you subscribe, we include shipping to metro areas. Score! If you would like a one off gift box, we need to charge you shipping. This is calculated depending on where it is delivered, we do subsidise it!
We have different subscription services so please choose one that suits you best.
In the $50 box you will get fun activities to make, ideas to create, a game to play, a book to read and lots more. For $10 extra you can add on sibling items. This will include an create item; colouring in book / activity book / stamps or stickers.
Our boxes are either for ages 3-6 or 6-10.

How is my Box For Monkeys sent?
Very carefully and lovingly by our couriers. It will arrive any time between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding PO boxes).
We really want you to get your box in a convenient way so we recommend that the delivery address be the one you are most likely to be at during business hours. If you are working full time, you may opt for your box to be delivered to your work. Or, if someone is available to receive your box at home, you can choose to have it delivered there.
Can I just sign up to your Monkey Community and not a monthly Box For Monkeys?

What happens if I am not at home or available during the delivery time?
If you have chosen for your box to be left in a secure location if you’re not at home, then that is what our courier will do. (You might be shopping, at the park or simply don’t want to answer the door because you’re still in your pyjamas – or is that just me?)
If you have chosen not to have the box left at your door, a card will be left and you can pick your box up from your local post office.
If you don’t pick it up from the post office, we can’t send you another one so get down there and get it!
How do I know where my box is? How do I track it?
Don’t panic – we’ll let you know! The moment we start dispatching boxes from our warehouse we will notify you via email with your tracking number. You can take over from there and see where it is. If you have any issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please remember to include your name and delivery address.
When will my box be sent?
At Box For Monkeys, we take pre-orders for our boxes. We start taking orders as soon as the last box has shipped which is the 3rd week of the month and finish when they are sold out. If you are on a subscription plan and have pre-bought boxes, we will ship your box on the 3rd week of the month. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your box is shipped.
Will you tell me what is coming in my monthly box?
Each month’s box is different and unisex. We will let you know on social media what is in your box so be sure to follow us…., Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest. You can also check our homepage and see the ‘What’s In A Box?’ section.
Oh dear, something in my box is damaged. How can I get it replaced?
What? We are so sorry! Please take a photo of the issue and email us at email@example.com. Make sure you include all your contact information and the name the box is ordered under so we can get in contact with you.
I just wanted one box, not an ongoing subscription. What can I do?
Ok, easy fixed. Just LOG IN to your account and switch it over.
How can I pay you?
In chocolate. Or bananas… kidding! We take VISA, MasterCard or you can pay using PayPal.
How can I change my payment method?
We try to make it easy for you to do this on your own. Please log in to your account and switch payment options. If you are having issues, please contact us at hello@BoxForMonkeys.com.
How do I change my address?
You’re moving? Yay! Hope it goes smoothly. The great thing is that we will come with you. Just log in to your account and change the address to your new one. Please let us know at least a month in advance.
How do I get my box if it has been delivered to my old address?
Are you friendly with the people that live at your old address? We really can’t help with this unless it goes return to sender. We can then ship it back but we need to charge for reshipping as Australia Post burns us for this!
What is your cancellation policy?
Oh no, don’t leave us! If you have to then simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription. If we have done something wrong, can you please let us know? We love our Monkey Community and want everyone to be happy. Sorry, don’t mean to make you feel bad!
Why has my account been suspended?
Oh dear, something has gone wrong and it may be something we have done. Can you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it.
I have just won a prize. What’s next?
Congratulations to you and your monkeys! What an exciting day for you! We will contact you with your prize details.
