How much is shipping?
We have different prices depending on where you are. For metro areas it is FREE, otherwise, please add in your postcode for the individual postcode rate. We do subsidise it, so don’t panic!
Do you ship overseas?
At the moment we are just shipping our boxes in Australia. We will ship overseas soon and in the meantime, you can sign up to our newsletter for lots of tips and tricks.
How long does it take?
We will start to ship your boxes to you on the 2nd week of each month. We will send you a tracking number once it leaves our third-party distributor and you can use this to track your box.
As a rule though, from our Sydney warehouse, estimated delivery times (in business days) are:
- Within Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne metropolitan areas: 1-2 days
- Brisbane and Adelaide metropolitan areas: 2-3 days
- East coast of Australia, between metropolitan areas of capital cities and rural locations: 3-4 days
- Western Australia, Far North Queensland and Northern Territory: 4-5 days
How do I get my monthly Box For Monkeys?
Your box is sent via courier. It may be from Couriers Please or TNT. It depends on what is best for your area.
If you have chosen for your box to be left in a secure location if you’re not at home, then that is what our courier will do. (You might be shopping, at the park or simply don’t want to answer the door because you’re still in your pyjamas – or is that just me?)
If you have chosen not to have the box left at your door, a card will be left and you can pick your box up from your local post office.
If you don’t pick it up from the post office, we can’t send you another one so get down there and get it!
Can I track my monthly box?
Yes! We will email you the tracking information once it leaves us.
Can I return my box?
Yes, of course you can. I hope it is all ok! Can you please email us the details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take you through the next steps.
You have 30 days to return your Box For Monkeys box and we will refund you within 30 days.
We love the law and we will abide by the Australian Consumer Law.
Some of my delivery was damaged. Can you help?
Oh dear, that’s not very good. Can you please take a photo of the damage and email us the picture and the damage details to email@example.com and we will take you through the next steps.
